Can not install


I bought a license for the Cinderella 2.0. When I tried to install Ciderella 2.0, I got the following message:

"Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported

The installer cannot run in this mode. Please review the
installer's documentation to determine how to run this installer."

License information:

Thank you Ulli! I was able to install Cinderella 2.0.
Now when I tried to enter license, I got an error message as follows:

"Cinderella could not find a valid license in your test.
Please try again. Make sure to copy the complete
License Certificate (all lines starting with license)
into the dialog box, without modifications or
additional line breaks."

I did exactly as I was told to do so at the e-mail message I received after I paid for the license. I wonder if it is due to the date I purchased the license. I got the message with the license key last May or so, and then I tried to install Cinderella, but did not work. Then I gave up installing it. I am sorry for this trouble.

Yonggu,

I will send a personal email with your license; usually these problems are easy to solve. Some mail software changes the license keys slightly, which renders them invalid.

I forgot to mention that my PC's OS is Window XP professioanl.
When I tried to find the Java version number by opening the Control Panel and Program Delete, I could not see any Java program listed. Nontheless I can draw a figure at the Ciderella generated html file. How can I find the Java version number? Thank you very much.

Hi,

I suggest that you download the latest Java version, 1.5, from http://www.java.com; then the problem should be solved. Is that possible for you?
