Cinderella doesn't run


Hi I am mexican student. I've try Cinderella's download in this page and I love it, so I bought Cinderella 1.2 from Amazon. I have windows XP. But doesn't run. Why run the porogram that I download here and does not run the program that I bought? Help me please. What can I do?

The version on CD uses an older version of the installer from InstallAnywhere?, which has problems on recent versions of Windows. Please send your Amazon receipt to update@cinderella.de and request an update to 1.4; we will provide you with a downloadable upgrade that will run without problems on Windows XP.
