The frustrating procedure of the "Invalid License"


Some week ago I bought a personal license of Cinderella 2 here on line (through share it) and I received an e-mail with the activation code. Then I had a serious problem with both my personal computers... Linux & Win XP... I reformatted the hard disks and the same code didn't work anymore... confused confused confused what I have to do... ???

In cases like that, just drop me a mail at support@cinderella.de - I'll be happy to help.

I guess that the line feeds and white space in the license code are changed somehow, so the key is not accepted anymore. I will look up the key in our database and send it again.
