Shading areas

For an illustration I'm preparing for a book, I need to shade the area enclosed by a conic (parabola) and a pair of straight lines which intesect it and each other. Is this at all possible?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. I filed it as a feature request, and I'm sure that we will included this in one of the next releases.

As a workaround, you can place a series of points on that conic and use these and the intersection of the lines as vertices of a polygon.

Of course, you could also do this automatically using CindyScript, and if you send me the construction to bugs@cinderella.de I'll have a look into it.
